PRIVACY POLICY
RF+UD is currently operating in pre-incorporation phase.
We care about your data because we care about trust — and because we don’t have time to lose it.
Here’s what we collect, what we do with it, and how you can make it disappear.
1. What we collect
When you apply, invest, or join the study, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your email
- Your location (if you give it)
- Project name, idea, or business details
Optional: revenue/turnover information (for clients or study participants)
We do not collect payment details directly — payments are handled by third parties (Revolut, Stripe, etc.).
2. Why we collect it
We use your data to:
- Review applications
- Contact you about your project
- Evaluate you for participation in the study
- Send investor updates or onboarding info
- Maintain internal tracking for success-sharing models
3. Who has access
Your data is seen only by the founding team of RF+UD.
We don’t sell it. We don’t rent it. We don’t share it with third-party marketers. Ever.
If we work with researchers or freelancers under NDA, access will be strictly limited to what’s necessary for your project or the study.
4. How long we keep it
We store your data:
- As long as you’re working with us
- Or until you request deletion
- Or until 12 months of inactivity
If you ghost us, we’ll ghost your data too.
5. Your rights
You can:
- Ask us to delete your data at any time
- Ask what data we hold
- Update your information if something changes

6. Cookies & analytics
We may use basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Typedream page stats) to understand how people find us and improve the site.
We don’t use pixel tracking or retargeting.
No dark patterns. No hidden bullshit.
